Job overview

TruGreen is currently looking for experienced customer-focused General Managers who will continue to lay the foundation for future success in a fast-paced, dynamic and growing business.

As a GM, you will be responsible for the overall success and management of a lawn care branch. Plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and control branch activities and functions to achieve branch goals and objectives while maintaining corporate standards. Manage two or more supervisors who, in turn, supervise a total of five or more employees in the operations, business and sales/marketing departments. Are responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these departments. Maintain profit and loss accountability. A 90-day paid training program is provided to help ensure that you have the knowledge and training needed to be successful.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of General Management experience required, plus:

o P&L responsibility experience

o Customer-service focus with proven ability to communicate in a clear and professional manner

o Ability to identify, analyze and solve problems

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required

• Must be self-driven, positive, goal oriented, and results focused

• Must be willing to consider relocation
