Position Overview:
• This position is responsible for developing new training curriculum as well as revising and maintaining existing training curriculum. Ensure all material is consistent and aligned with training and development guidelines. Analyze training needs, timelines and deliverables.
Responsibilities:
• Develop new, and revise and maintain existing training curriculum and documents utilizing performance based objectives in support of company business needs and initiatives.
• Approve material developed outside of Associate Education Development team for consistency and alignment with legally approved creative checklist and training and development guidelines.
• Perform needs analysis to determine training needs, timelines, deliverables and methodologies, i.e. Instructor-led, Web-based, pod-casts, etc., which may result in the creation of a project plan.
• Serve as resource on department and company project teams.
• Designs learning evaluation tools lending to the analysis of training effectiveness and return on investment.
• Perform train the trainer sessions for transition of curriculum for delivery.

Education and Experience Requirements:
• Associate’s degree or equivalent college or technical school preferred, or one to three years design or development experience and/or training required; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
