Compliance Project Manager

Position Overview

Under limited supervision IT Project Manager will be responsible for managing medium to large size projects composed of Project Analysts, IS department personnel, and contract resources. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with the business units and other IT COE functions to plan and deliver assigned projects.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for ensuring that projects are staffed with the appropriate set of COE resources, and each of the resources have the skills required for successful completion of tasks. This includes monitoring forecasted resource capacity to minimize over-and under-allocation and identifying the need to hire or shift resources across projects to meet delivery schedules.

2. Create and maintain the Project Plan across all COE releases.

3. Actively monitor the Application Maintenance and Application Development hourly usage of the Service Provider, ensuring that monthly goals are within budget.

4. Monitor each ADM SLA on a regular basis and assist the Service Provider in realizing and improving monthly targets. Escalate any anomalies.

5. Work closely with the Portfolio and Demand Management, COE Leadership, and Service Provider to determine a project schedule for each COE organization and project delivery team.

6. Coordinate and prioritize all break/fix and support activities, including resource management, through the COE.

7. Monitor and report all project statuses to Strategic Planning group.

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business is highly desired

Minimum of 10 years experience in IT, 5 years in IT Management, 5 years in Support Services

Experience in a service line structured IT organization desirable

Experience in hiring and developing entry-level talent for promotion to other areas

Demonstrated experience in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of a team.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

An ability to quickly recognize solutions to arising issues A drive to meet SLA's and develop metrics that ensure that SLAs are met

An ability to identify and leverage department resources to accomplish goals A strong understanding of the Support Center (help desk), Branch Desktop Support, Call Center Desktop Support, Asset Management, and Invoice Management
