Position Overview
Directs the development of new and existing strategic business to business to consumer (B2B2C) partnerships. Ensures alignment and maintenance of existing B2B2C relationships. Negotiates contracts and collaborates with internal resources to facilitate marketing plans to ensure profitability. Directs business development strategy and contributes to the development and implementation of overall AHS sales and marketing strategy.
Responsibilities
1. Develops new and existing strategic business to business to consumer (B2B2C) partnerships through the execution of Superior Account Management (SAM) and sales techniques.
2. Ensures alignment of existing B2B2C relationships by SAM and retention strategies.
3. Negotiates terms and conditions of contracts; collaborates with all departments on contracts and marketing plans to ensure profitability.
4. Collaborates with internal resources to leverage data and reporting to support maintenance and development of new and existing partnerships.
5. Directs business development strategy and contributes to the development and implementation of overall AHS sales and marketing strategy.
6. Develops and delivers major account presentations.

Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of sales and/or national account management experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
2-3 years of supervisory/management experience required, preferably within a sales function
Experience within the extended service contracts, home repair/maintenance. financial services and/or insurance fields strongly preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of business to business (B2B) and business to consumer (B2C) relationships and strategies
Proficiency in strategic sales and national account management
Knowledge of the real estate, home warranty, financial services and/or insurance fields
Knowledge of contractual terminology and conditions
Business and financial acumen
Written and verbal communication skills, including delivering presentations
Negotiation and persuasion skills
Analytical skills
Attention to detail
Skill with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint)
