Contractor Relations Representative

Job Location: Carroll, IA

If so, American Home Shield wants to talk to you! We are looking for a Contractor Relations Regional Representative to manage and evaluate your assigned region of our contractor network. And put on your “people person hat” as you interact with departments and field sales as well as recruit and educate new quality contractors.

Position Overview

Manages and evaluates assigned region of the contractor network. Interacts with departments and field sales as well as recruits and educates new quality contractors.

Responsibilities

1. Manages and evaluates the quality and cost of the contractor network in an assigned region by analyzing and interpreting reports and statistical data

2. Liaises with departments, contractors and field sales to facilitate communication and resolve issues

3. Educates and trains contractors on company policies and procedures

4. Analyzes data to determine gaps in contractor availability within assigned region.

5. Recruits and maintains quality contractors to meet regional goals

Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years of experience in business, negotiation, and/or analysis required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Computers skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
